I haven't been writing much lately, practicing meditation a bit more. I have a sesshin (7 day retreat) coming up and I want to go into the retreat with my meditation already honed. But also I have recently had a lot on my mind between work and family issues. Having a lot on your mind is not good for meditation. So I gave up my writing time to sit.
